Extremely Upset and Disapointed with RMA

Title pretty much says it all. I have submitted TWO RMA requests and followed up with each and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my issue. The first was submitted on August the 7th!!!!! What gives? I really bought into the Corsair quality and name, but am quickly becoming very disenfranchised with the whole affair.

 

Any thoughts? Anyone?

Please send an email to ramguy@corsairmemory.com with your Case # and I will look into it and see why you have not yet received the RMA #. In the subject line of the email, please put "ATT: Ramguy."
