Phoenix Bios for Acer Computer can not adjust

I bought a new Acer Aspire T180 with a AMD 64X 4000+ processor. I just bought new Corsair CM2X1024-6400G match pair memory. I put in in the computer and it booted up and runs. I accessed the Bios which is made by Phoenix (Version R01-B4)and I cannot seem to access the jumper confg or any other overclocking features. The mother board is a EM61SM/EM61PM with a Nvidia MCP61 Southbridge chip set. Help!

Most computers made by manufacturers like HP, Dell, Acer etc won't have too many overclocking options available. I don't know about Acer personally, but I had an HP that had most of the BIOS options frozen to prevent any possibility of overclocking.
