Hi all,

 

I sent it some TWIN2X2048-6400C4 about 4 weeks ago - and it was confoirmed as received on August 22nd. Since then, there has been no update to the case. My email inquiring about a status update was not responded to either... Whatever happened about the 72 hour turnaround posted in the forum?

I am sorry but we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support, please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" after 8:00 AM Pacific Time tomorrow! Or let me know your case number and we can try and check it for you then.
