lurch77 Posted September 3, 2007 Share Posted September 3, 2007 i just want to know what the procedure is for returning faulty ram is i ran memtest86+ on a boot disc for 20 mins and it found 24 errors, i ran the test because my system kept going blue screen on me when playing bf2 online 1 hour into the game it would go blue screen "memory dump" so i ran memtest and it came up with those errors! the ram i have are 2 x cm2x1024-6400c3d xms6403v1.1 07111086-4. since memtest yesterday i am getting complete faults on the ram my pc wont detect the ram, i have tested the ram on another mobo and the same fault it wont start up cant detect the ram. whats the next step for me?
