RMA Status

Hello I applied for a RMA on the 28th and got #. Thanks for quick response. I sent in the modules via priority next day and it shows its at corsair already. The TSX shows that it isn't yet recieved. Please confirm that the tsx is working properly and the part is in the correct department. RMA:# 1024044

This hasn't updated/change since Saturday (whence I got the email saying Corsair is currently Reviewing my memory).


My question is, how long again would I have to wait before it actually ships? (I've been looking at the forums and really dont want to end up having a one month or more delay before these modules are returned).

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
