Hi, i sent my 1gb value select ram for my imac which was faulty of via airsure on the 17th, the royal mail say it arrived on the 22nd, but when i go to check the status of the rma it says my part hasn't been received yet, ramguy can you help me?

Also, if i buy 1gb ram from another brand, will the ram run at optimal speed?

so a ups guy comes gives me a package, and the ram inside is completely different, to what i sent back, i sent back 1gb, i got sent back 512mb, and they sent me a different model which wont fit in my imac, but on the status of my delivery, it says thats the ram i sent back, when i didnt chose that model??? what should i do

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
