Jack Bauer
Hi all, 1) first of all CONGRATULATIONS !!! this site is a wonderfull surprise :D: :): 2) excuse me for my orrible english i need help if it is possible i have a new motherboard (Asus P5B Premium Vista Edition) and i want to complete my pc with 2 Gb of ram. Well..... i have read the asus QVL and i find the right memory "CORSAIR CM2X1024-6400C4 X 2" but the memory configurator of corsair i read that is possible to install Corsair Dominator Series Twin2X2048-8500C5D. What Is The Advance in % between them ? Have the dominator series full compatibility with my Mb or is better to buy the others? thank you in advance Jack
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 22, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 22, 2007 The 8500C5D modules are definitely compatible with your motherboard. You can look up the MB in our Corsair Labs Performance Reports to see what type of performance difference there is between the 6400C4 and the 8500C5D.
