Crap replacement product by Corsair (RMA Status 194514)

This is the 2nd time I've rma'ed my usb memory stick.

My original part was "Corsair Flash Voyager 8GB USB2.0, 16/33MB sec writing and reading speed" which cost me over €150. This was faulty and I rma'ed it to Corsair who replaced it with much slower stick with a write speed of 6mb.

This was totally unacceptable so I rma'ed it for this reason and told Corsair that I would only accept a similiar performance stick.

What did they send me out? The exact same part again with the crap memory they are now putting into their memory sticks to save cost and hype their Flash GT range.

This is completely unacceptable to me so any suggestions on what I should do?

I've no intention of letting Corsair away with this and as of now have dropped from all my forum sites all my recommendations for Corsair products.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I am sorry you need to talk with them in person and let them know the situation and I am sure they will help you, don't just do an RMA or you will get another drive that you are not happy with. 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" and ask for a supervisor please.
