Lost replacement?

I sent the bad module of TwinX1024-3200C2PT back since Feb. 12 and it was received on Feb. 17 (as seen from FEDEX tracking result). But until now I haven't got the replacement or any contact yet. I'm very disappointed. :(: So, I hope that anybody in this forum could help me. Thanks RMA# R40008 FEDEX Tracking# 844614320600
