I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

I recieved an e mail saying you guys have recieved my ram with the RMA # 1021367 and is being reviewed by the reteruns department...

 

I want to know if my Gold plated Corsair 8888 C4 will come back Gold or will it be replaced by the standard ones with black heat sinks???

 

If I do recieve black ones is there ANY chance that corsair can Glue the gold heat sinks over the black ones for me??

Wun911, strongly recommend that you call them, emails didn't work for me but a call resulted in the "It will be shipped today" response. Still waiting to see if that pans out ok. I'm also in Australia and called them on 0011 1 510 657 8747 (ext 0) and then asked for tech support.
