Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 13, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 13, 2007 Yes sorry our hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific time Monday threw Friday, excluding holidays. If this keeps happening maybe one of the systems you are using has some USB problem. These drives need 5 Volts and need to have 500 Mamps if one of the devices you are using cannot provide this much current that may be why it keeps happening. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or *New* Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it, please note that you are posting from the forum! jammin
The first 1 time was a physical failure, the usb connector popped off the end of the stick while it was in my trousers, it was starting to wobble before that. The second time i put it into a pc and it just didnt read, never read after that. Same this time. Ive got a standard ASUS C2D mobo so i dont think thats the problem...
