Omer
From the Configurator, it says the Vaio VGN-A150 uses PC2-2700 RAM. I was wondering if it would also be compatible with a PC2-5300 1GB DDR2 Value Select stick? I accidentally purchased http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145012 from Newegg and need to get it off my hands cause my Pavilion dv6345us laptop won't let me mix one of the current 512MB sticks with a 1GB Corsair. Thanks in advance.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 10, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 10, 2007 You cannot use DDR2 in a system that take's DDR1, I would see if the reseller will let you get the correct part and send that one back.
