yamahaaudiofan Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 i requested an RMA 3 times, called tech support twice and got 1 case number #204227. noone has been any help in helping me with my RAM that died after 2 months... all i want is a replacement. i have waited long enough and have been instructed by my uncle (lawyer) to report to the BBB and FTC if i am not helped immediately. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 7, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 7, 2007 You case was submitted on the 3rd of august and was submitted and for some reason it was not submitted to our accounting system; I have asked our customer service to look into this case and get it taken care of ASAP.
