i requested an RMA 3 times, called tech support twice and got 1 case number #204227. noone has been any help in helping me with my RAM that died after 2 months... all i want is a replacement. i have waited long enough and have been instructed by my uncle (lawyer) to report to the BBB and FTC if i am not helped immediately.

You case was submitted on the 3rd of august and was submitted and for some reason it was not submitted to our accounting system; I have asked our customer service to look into this case and get it taken care of ASAP. In the interim I would suggest calling our customer service at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" and they will take care of you.
