SnoopyDog
Hi what a great forum this is. I have these two sticks of memory. After haveing been reading them up and close I saw that the two rev. was different. One stick has v1.1 and the other has v2.2. What does that mean? The highest FSB I seem to be able to run these babyes are on 200 mhz. As soon as I raise the FSB with 3 mhz. The computer will not start. The Voltage on my MB are 2.77V and the MB are a EPOX 8RDA3+ rev.2.1 Thats eaven if the voltage is raised to 2.9V. My CPU have been running much higher before, so that is not the probem. To be honest I thought that there would be much more in this memory. And Yes they are running as dualchannel. Is that the problem? Thanks in advance. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 25, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 25, 2004 Please try to set the timings to Cass 2.5-3-3-7, set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts, and see what you get. However, you will be able to get higher with one module that you would with two. In addition, I would suggest that you try www.amdmb.com for some more info about your MB.
