MrCow
I was wondering if there is anyway to fix this, I was using it disconnected it the proper way after backing up a bunch of files and then upon reinserting it into another computer, it stopped working. It won't even light up to attempt to connect, I really need those files as I formatted the laptop I was connected to originally.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 6, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 6, 2007 When you connect it does it see that its there and just will not assign a drive letter?
MrCow
Unfortunately not. It does absolutely nothing. It acts as if nothing is connected at all, it no longer lights up at all or anything of the sort.

Dervorin
Hi there, I have the same problem as Mr. Crow :-( I just copied some files from my Laptop to the Flash Voyager 1Gb (CMFUSB2.0-1GB) and plugged it into my other computer. The Drive would not mount and when I plugged it in the Laptop again it wouldn't mount, too. Even the blue light would not start blinking. The sad thing is that there where two very important files on the drive which I need to have recovered. I already requested an RMA number...what do I have to do in order to get the drive replaced and/or my data recovered... How is something like that possible? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 20, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 20, 2007 I am sorry but we do not offer data recovery, and if its not being detected there is little you can do, except maybe wiggle it gently and see if you can get it to detect.
