FritzLakritz
Hi all! I want to upgrade my system and exchange mobo, cpu and ram, These are the parts i am thinking about: Athlon 64 3000+ MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R 1 GB Corsair Ram PC 3200 (2x512 MB Modules) Now my question: 1. Should i use CMX or TWINX since the mobo does not support dual channel rams, does it make any difference? (I am planning on buying either Corsair DIMM 512MB PC3200 DDR CL2-3-3-6-1T (PC400) (CMX512-3200C2) or Corsair DIMM Kit 512MB PC3200 DDR CL2-3-3-6-1T (PC400) (TWINX512-3200C2)) Thanks in advance for your help regards Fritz
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 25, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 25, 2004 We only gaurentee what we test and If you want 1.0 Gig of memory I would suggest Twinx1024-3200LL or C2, as that is made with 2 CMX512-3200LL or C2 modules.
