What's up with my RMA??

Hi!

 

I've sent you my USB drive 3 weeks ago.. and i did not received any news since then.... my case number is 176463.

 

Any news from you will be greatly appreciated!!

Working without my 8gig drive is not good for me!! :laughing:

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
