Can you tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set? And what test are you getting errors on? And did you disable legacy USB when you ram http://www.memtest.org and what test are you getting errors on?

FSB is set to 266 and Memory set to DDR2800(2:3 the P5W DH standard), SPD is set to auto (5-5-5-18) and Mem voltage is set to 2.4v lagacy USB is disabled.

When I tested both sticks memtest errored right away, I then tested one stick and it tested fine. I'm going use the good stick to test all 4 of the mobo slots(2 memtest passes) first before I test the other stick to make sure it's not a motherboard issue.

Please make sure that you have the latest Bios version and then load setup/optimized defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.1 volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/'s one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.

Thanks Ram Guy, one stick passed in all 4 slots(2 passes of memtest each time), the other errors right away and does not stop. Right now I'm running memtest using another brand of memory just to make sure, it's 20% done 1st pass no errors.
