VS1GB400C3 Stick and PM800-M2 Motherboard

I recently bought a VS1GB400C3 (1GB) stick to put into my PM800-M2 motherboard. But I keep getting a blue screen that says memory error or something else when I enter windows or shortly after that.

I tried using the ram by itself, but the problem persists. The BIOS does recognize the ram, if that helps.

I'm wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be.

Thanks in advanced:):

Can you tell me the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

My CPU speed is 3.00 GHz (Pentium 4 HT) and FSB is 800 MHz.

BIOS Settings (my BIOS version is v1.2 -2005/03/21-)that I found relevant:

Current cpu frequency - 200MHz

Current dram frequency - 200MHz

DRAM clock - By SPD

DRAM timing - Auto by SPD

SDRAM CAS Latency - 2.5

Bank Interleave - 4 Bank

Precharge to Active (Trp) - 4T

DRAM command rate - 2T command

And, I didn't do any performance settings (haven't fiddled around with the hardware settings at all).

By the way, I had the ram replaced by the vendor before getting help here, thinking that it was a problem with the ram stick itself.
