Voyager 2GB Problem

Soon after purchasing my 2GB Voyager, my computer, and any other computer I tried it on, stopped recognizing the device. After completely erasing it and rebuilding the partition (and formatting with FAT32) using Ubuntu, it worked again on Windows for about a week. Now it shows up in My Computer but when I try and open it, it asks me to "Please insert a disk into drive I:."
