Help me RAM Guy

Hello, I'm Alejandro I recently received my RMA # but I have some doubts about it, since I'm from Mexico (near méxico city) I was wondering if there is a possibility to make valid my warranty via my local retailer where I bought my defective RAM (http://www.paguito.com) because this way would be easier and faster for me and if that wouldn't be possible I want to know if there are special instructions like a special tax or something like that about the international shipment, I wrote an e-mail to rma@corsairmemory.com but they didn't answer me so far I hope you can help me, thanks in advance and sorry for my English I hope you can understand me. :biggrin:

You would need to ask the reseller about getting them replaced with the reseller, and there should not be any special duty or tax to ship something to USA. And you can call our customer service at 888-222-4346 and Dial Ext "0" they will help you if needed.
