RMA sent with no response back

I have returned a 512mb mem stick to RMA. It has been about a month since I shipped that off. I am in the process of moving, and I cannot locate the tracking number or RMA reference number. I have not recieved the parts. I contacted the new owner of the house and they have not recieved the parts. What should I do to proceed or am I completly out of luck?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
