I have built a system for VISTA Ultimate 64-bit: ASUS p5n32-e SLI Plus MB 8 GB of 6400C5DHX memory (5-5-5-15) Nvidia 8600GTS and I would like to know the best manual settings for this memory... I have had some minor system hang issues and want to make sure it is not a memory problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I set the memmory to the default setting in Bios, like this: Tcl: 5 Trcd: 5 Trp: 5 Trca: 15 Memory timing: 2T Memory clock: 800mhz Memory voltage: 2.0v TRC: 24 PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME HERE!! Set to Manual Unlink the DRAM. Do NOT set this chipset to a command rate of 1T. Multiplier = 9 FSB = 266 DRAM = Unlinked and set to 800Mhz Memory Timing FSB - Memory Clock Mode: Unlinked CPU FSB: 266 CPU Multi: 9 DDR FSB: 800 tCL: 5 tRCD: 5 tRP: 5 tRAS: 15 Advanced Memory Settings tRRD: Auto tRC: Auto tWR: Auto tWTR: Auto tREF: Auto tRD: Auto tRFC: Auto Async Latency: Auto CMD: 2T Voltages Vdimm (DRAM Voltage) = 2.0v NB Vcore: 1.40v Run memtest before attempting to enter Windows.
