Robert_L Posted July 8, 2007 Share Posted July 8, 2007 In general the ??x rating of flash cards/sticks is indicating the speed multiplier compared to a first generation (~1990) CD-ROM drive, which could deliver 150 kBytes/s. I cannot comment on the product you mentioned, but sometimes the speed rating of flash memory only applies to read speed. A 60x SD card should be able to deliver data at 9 MB/s.
