Yes, But I would only suggest one set or 1.0 Gig of memory. And as I posted if you want to run 2.0 Gig of memory I would suggest Twinx2048-3200. And Win9x or WinME will not see above 512 Meg of memory and I would not suggest you upgrade if you have Win9x O.S. Other Win2k and WinXP would be preferred and should support up to 4 Gig of memory. But both may limit the size to 2.0 gig available to programs.
