RMA Request - 3rd Try

Hello,

 

I bought a pair of VS512MB400 memory sticks from NewEgg around 3 months ago. I installed the memory in my workstation and it booted and ran without any issues. A few weeks ago the same machine started giving random errors and crashing. After several hours of troubleshooting, running MemTest86 showed that one of the new memory sticks had failed. I received the errors regardless of the memory slot used.

 

I submitted a request for an RMA to have this memory replaced through the online RMA request around 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a response. I sent an email to customer service on July 1st and haven't heard a response. Can you please provide me with a RMA number so I can get the memory replaced?
