ken_hart1969 Posted July 3, 2007 Share Posted July 3, 2007 Hi, I sent my broken memory back 20th June 2007 by Airsure - signed for service as a small parcel (it was a mini cardboard box with strong packing). Since then I have found out the the parcel was recieved in the US, but that is it !! I know that the US do not send information to Royal mail (UK) and therefore I would have hoped that corsair have had the parcel. I was wondering is there anywhere I can find out how this RMA is going ? The RMA number is 1535169.. Anyone fancy giving me a pointer? Regards from the UK.
