Is there a back log with Corsair ?

Hi,

 

I sent my broken memory back 20th June 2007 by Airsure - signed for service as a small parcel (it was a mini cardboard box with strong packing).

 

Since then I have found out the the parcel was recieved in the US, but that is it !! I know that the US do not send information to Royal mail (UK) and therefore I would have hoped that corsair have had the parcel.

 

I was wondering is there anywhere I can find out how this RMA is going ?

 

The RMA number is 1535169..

 

Anyone fancy giving me a pointer?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

But I did send them a message and ask them to contact you with the status.

Much appreciated, I have emailed the warranty people last week - no reply...sigh..

Just reply to them and ask them your question!

And I think they are telling you the number you gave is not a valid RMA number so I would include your information so they can look it up.
