case 128689 / RMA 1001694 : no answer ?

i sent you at the end of April 2007 a bad working memory module XMS1024 for warranty. My case is n° 128689 with RMA n° 1001694.

I've got the postal receipt that you receive my memory module but after I have no answer from Corsair about it and the warranty until one month now !?


Does something lack in the RMA packet in order to make the warranty go on or anything else ? Could you give me some news about it ?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!


P.S. I did send them a message and asked them to contact you, but I would suggest you call them.
