FAT32 or NTFS for ReadyBoost?

My laptop has 4GB of physical RAM. I bought a Voyager GT 4GB flash drive for Readyboost cache. The USB flash drive comes in FAT32 format. For best performance in Windows Vista should I change the flash drive to NTFS or keep FAT32?

Yes you will have to use NTFS in order to use Ready Boost.

From a command Prompt and you might have to change it an un-removable drive.

Format (X:) /FS:NTFS /U (X=the drive letter assigned to the Flash Voyager)
