RMA Assigned, Corsair Rcv'd Product June 5th, No Response To Date

RMA # 1009094


I received the Corsair RMA above and shipped my Voyager thumb back, which Corsair received June 5th - see UPS Tracking # 1ZV39T570391718463. To date I have received no response. Can you help? :eek:
