After RMA- Corsair sends the wrong Modules

Hello RMA Guy,


i send a TwinX2048-3500LLPro Kit to Corasair Memory Inc. and after 3 Week i

got a parcel with TwinX2048-3200C2Pro. The sendet Ram has a worse operating level and my old other ram wars more expensive. My RMA number is #1009425.

What can i do?

Wired is correct XMS3500LL is no longer available, but our customer service should have explained that to you. Please call them at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" and ask them to help you.
