is it supposed to take this long? i sent the ram out on june 9th insured. i also e-mailed rma@corsairmemory.com last week but no reply. i have read the other threads and some had to wait 2 months for it to process? then why did the website warranty stated when they received the ram then 24-48 hours they will process and then ship using 2-3 days shipping?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

P.S. I have sent them a message and asked them to contact you both.
