RMA question?

I requested a RMA a couple of days ago, and I just received a confirmation in my email. I've noticed that I'm supposed to ship it to an address in Fremont, CA. I live pretty close to Fremont, so I was wondering if I can just driver over and exchange it, instead of having to ship it.

 

Please let me know. Thanks.

I am sorry we are not a retail store and do not have an over the counter service department. However, you can call our customer service and see if they can arrange an advanced replacement for Will Call for you. 510-657-8747 Ext "0".
