chard
I am building up my first PC and so far I ve got Intel DG965RY mainboard, and ordered RAM-Corsair 2GB Kit DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL4-4-4-12 XMS2. I found out that my mobo is only supporting 1.8V operation, but RAM that I've ordered runs at 2.1V :(:.Question: Should I change my RAM to 1.8V one,or i might be lucky to get it running with ordered 2.1V memory? Wired
Moved from Power Supplies forum. Corsair Memory Compatible with the Intel DG965RY Motherboard I'd return that memory and get something from that list.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 18, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 18, 2007 I would agree, VS2GBKit667D2 would be the most common for that MB.
