Mistake on RMA #1004545 ???

Hi,

I received yours shipment, but I think there is a mistake: I sent you 1 TWINX1024-3200XLPT (timings 2.2.2.5) but you sent me back 1 TWINX1024-3200C2PT (2.3.3.6)

Obviously I need a spare part that can replace the modules I bought with the same performances and speed.

Please call our Tech support at 800-205-7657 and we will try to help you solve the problem, and our hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time Monday threw Friday excluding holidays! And ask for me I will help you get this worked out!
