Flash Voyager replacement cap in Italy

Our company has purchased n.3 (three) Flash Voyager 2 GB USB drives.

Almost immediately, cause the known issues, we have lost all three of them.

We have sent the email for replacement to the italian distributor (i think :confused:), supporto@dpinet.it, and a courtesy copy to jackflash@corsairmemory.com.

The mail was sent on 24 of May.

We have received no reply, nor from dpinet.it, neither from corsairmemory.com. So


What is the right replacement procedure for italian customers?

Hi RAM GUY, from 14 of June when i sent the mail, i had no answer yet, and we did not receive the caps. Is this normal or i should worry about?
