Your RMA# was issued on the 7th of march R236838

I just re-sent the RMA conformation to you please check your email and if you have spam software installed please make sure its not getting blocked.

Oh I see, I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

Hey RamGuy..just received my replacement stick.

However when I went to use it it's about 4 times slower than the one I rma'ed.

I also tested it against other memory sticks I have and it's the slowest of all of them.

Thought it was faulthy till I came across the post about Flash Voyager using slower memory from now on while the GT range would be high speed.

 

I'm sorry but that replacement part is not acceptable to me.

I purchased a high performance memory stick and when it was faulty it was replaced with a way lower performance part.

This is not the same part replacement and if there are no similiar performance sticks available then I should be given the GT range.

I paid good money for the 8gb usb stick for it's write speed of 23mb/sec and I get a replacement part with a speed of approx 5.5mb/sec.

How is that a replacement?
