sunnysue Posted June 6, 2007 Share Posted June 6, 2007 I brought a 512 RAM for my computer. But I can't seem to get it to work. Please check I have the right RAM. My computer has a ASUS A7V266-MX motherboard. And at the moment is using 224MB (PC2700) DDR SDRAM. The RAM I brought is a Corsair Value Select 512MB DDR1 333MHz PC2700. I have tried to add it to my computer. But it won't recognise it. It just keeps making a peeping noise. And will not boot to windows. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted June 6, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 6, 2007 Did you try it with just our module installed than try and reset the Bios with the CLRTC jjumper? or test the module in another system to be sure its not failing?
