Sill haven't received my replacement.

It's been well over two weeks and I still haven't received my replacement ram. The tracking number says it has been received by Corsair. The form said that I would get a status email if it would take longer than 42hrs with an eta, which I did not get. Then I tried emailing and they won't reply. Can I get some help? My RMA is 1005561.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
