Abit and Corsair

I just upgraded my old pc to a new one and I've chosen besides a Coreduo, Abit AW9D as mobo and Corsair 2*2048mb 6400c4 as memory. Everything runs within specs except for the memory: in bios the settings are ddr680 with 5-5-5-15 timings. I've manually changed to the official specs - ddr800 with 4-4-4-12timings but the system hangs up right after post. Should I change also the voltage? in bios the value is 1.8v and I've seen on the site that this memory should work up to 2.1v? Sorry if this is a simple question!

Also I've noted that the default fsb on the mobo is 272 which is 2% over 266!

I've just looked at them and the following is written:

CM2*1024-6400C4 and just below: XMS6404v2.1

In bios I've left the cpu alone(no oc) and I've changed DRAM spec from SPD to DDR800 and in the advanced chipset features I've changed the timings from SPD to 4-4-4-12. Note: the voltage shown on the OC Guru page is 1.80V

I've just changed the voltage to 1.90V and the system boots fine. No errors whatsoever until now. Thanks a lot ram guy.

For the moment I will not try oc, I'm happy with the current configuration.
