There is a conflict with this AMI bios in the P4C800 and the Memtest program. To run Memtest you must disable Legacy USB Support in the bios before you run the test. If you need legacy USB support, you can reenable it afterwards. If not, leave it off. Run your tests again with the Leg. USB off. If you are still having issues after that, post again.
