Hey, i ran the memory configurator on the corsair website and it gave me this list of RAM,

http://www.corsairmemory.com/configurator/system_results.aspx?id=36497#other_modules

the problem is, i have bought corsair memory that required 800Mhz FSB before and it didnt work. it says in my BIOS that my computer is running at 533 and it will not let me change it. im afraid to have to go through the return process again so i dont wanna buy any memory that requires 800mhz fsb. what should i do???

Dell systems have no provision at all whatsoever to manually set the FSB or memory speed settings. And their BIOS must adhere strictly to the JEDEC and Intel rules for DDR chipsets: You cannot run memory at an actual clock speed that's greater than the PCI clock (+/- 33.3 MHz) away from 1:1 (synchronous). In other words, for a 533FSB processor like yours (whose actual FSB clock speed is only 133MHz), you can only use memory which runs at an actual clock speed of 133MHz to 166MHz. (In this case, you can only use PC2100 or PC2700 memory with your CPU.)

Hope this helps.
