GA-965P-DS3 (Rev 2.0) & CM2X1024-6400

When I first built my system it would hardly even boot. It would just turn on and then restart itself. I finally was able to change the voltage on the memory to +0.1v and that made it a little more stable, starting up about every other time (long enough for me to put Vista Home Premium on it).


Now every time I startup it gets all the way to the desktop after logging in and freezes. I'm wondering if I need to adjust my memory settings to get a more stable system.
