MafiaTiger650
Hello, unfortunately I have a bad memory module. I have two (1) GB sticks for a total of 2GB's of Corsair DDR400 RAM. My system kept locking up for absolutely no reason, and I would have to do a forced cold reboot in order to unlock my system, then it would lock up again shortly after. I tried using only one stick of RAM, it worked fine for a week. Now, I tried the second stick of RAM and it locks up within a few minutes of booting up my PC, sometimes within seconds. Can I please have my faulty stick of RAM replaced, or offer me any type of support? Thank you so much for your time.

MafiaTiger650
One more question, do I sent my bad module back after completing the form or do I have to wait for a confirmation from Corsair regarding my issue? Thanks again.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 31, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 31, 2007 You have to wait for the RMA number which you will get by email with the RMA# and directions where to send them.
MafiaTiger
Hello again, I submitted an RMA with two business days remaining in the last week. I didn't get a reply so I emailed them on Sunday afternoon, still haven't received a reply and your stickied topic says up to 24 hours. Any idea whats wrong?
