RMA Status #1007516

Hi, I'm looking for the status of my RMA # 1007516. I have already called the customer service number twice. When I called last week I was told they were out of stock :eek: , and a new shipment should come in 5/30. I just called today and now theres NO ETA! What gives RAM guy? Please don't say its the new system. I always buy Corsair and regarded you as the best of the best. I've never had a bad part until now and now I'm not so sure because your customer service seems to be very lacking. Maybe you should invest in new Customer service reps and return to your old computer system?

 

I hate to dump on you Ram Guy, but from the looks of this forum, you seem to be the only one that gets answers here!

 

Do the owners of the company know what is going on and what are they doing to fix it? It seems they are losing a lot of customers and I'm going to be one of them soon.

I am sorry I will get this looked into right away.

I know that we have had some system problems that should have been resolved.

But I will get them on this ASAP.

Many thanks and I wish there were more people on this planet like you.

I'll let you know how things go with the replacement RAM.
