Xerxes81
Hi! I've read lots of great reviews Corsair PSUs and was just about to buy one, when I was told that they don't come with 8-pin PCI-e connectors. Since I really would like a Corsair PSU, is there any new PSU in the works (or upgrade) that allows for 8-pin PCI-e? And preferrably within a reasonable timeframe (I would like to upgrade soon). Thanks :)
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 1, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 1, 2007 You can ask our customer service for one of these cables warranty@corsairmemory or call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" and yes there are some new PSU's that will hit the market any day now. But I don't have any information on them yet.
Xerxes81
Great, thanks for the information! :) Unfortunatly I'm not based in the US, so I'd rather not have to pay extra for the cables, so I think I'll just hold out for the new units then. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 6, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 6, 2007 They need two 6-Pin connectors for each card and will come with an adapter.
