Hi, I've just built my first computer and wouldn't mind a little help. I bought 2 sticks of corsair memory ((CM2X1024-5400C4) 1024MB, DDR2-5300/5400 (667/675MHz) 128Mx64, non-ECC, 240 DIMM, unbuffered, 4-4-4-12) to go with my memory board at first they both worked fine, but after doing automatic overclock of 20% the computer failed to post. The computer will post with one stick, but not the other, do you think I'll have to RMA the one stick or do I have to play around with voltage and memory timings. Also, my computer freezes up quite often, my timings at the moment are 4-4-4-12 2T with voltage at 1.9v and memory at 800mhz. Any help will be graetly appreciated.

Thanks.

Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.1 volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
