richardtaylor23
I have a 2GB USB stick which has been working fine for ages, now when I insert it into either of two XP machines it says 'disk is not formatted, format it now?' If I try to format it it says 'disk is write protected can not format' or something similar. Please can I have a replacement under warranty. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted May 25, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 25, 2007 Please try to format the drive from a command prompt with this syntax: Format (X:) /FS:FAT32 /U (X=the drive letter assigned to the Flash Voyager) If you still have problems we can get it or them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them or it.
