RMA status? Mailed module in haven't heard anything

It's been close to 3 weeks since my RMA was mailed back to Corsair. I haven't received any notification on what the status is nor any acknowledgment that it was even received. I had delivery confirmation through the carrier so I know that it was signed for at the receiving address. My RMA# is 1002065 for case # 127206.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
