Massive delay

I rma'd ram over a week ago, I have not received any form of acknowledgment that it was received, or if it is being shipped back... Where is my ram?

RMA# 1004261

 

Ok, so what gives? Another 2 weeks have gone by! I need my laptop to be working again! Its now been well over one month!

I am sorry about that, I do see where you posted before but because it was on another post the the information was maybe confused.

I have asked our Customer service to upgrade you to a faster part for the delay and they agreed, can you call and ask for me at 800-205-7657 ask for Ram Guy?

Well I agree and we are working on this, we have implemented a new accounting system, and auto email notifications will be forth coming.

 

P.S. I would not be surprised if you get another one, they way the system has been working.
